Awesome bagel sandwiches! Don’t go on a busy Sunday morning. The staff did not have friendly attitudes at all, just rude/miserable and it showed!

Bagels and sandwiches are good, so I don't wanna flame them but they are not handling social distancing or mask wearing very well. Saw multiple employees with masks down under their nose and there is literally no line system at all so people are basically on top of each other. You'll be ordering at the counter and they'll have someone paying for a to go order but there's nowhere to stand where you're not right up next to someone. I don't think I'm going to be coming back any time soon unfortunately.

Favorite bagel place in Needham. It's always a must when I visit! Super fast service and great staff.

Only place for bagels since forever! When I travel to see my son who grew up on them, I pack and bring them!!

Breakfast sandwiches might as well have been invented here. I recommend an Everything bagel with egg, chz, and bacon. Their coffee is also quite good! Don't be scared by long lines in the morning, they move quick.

Bagels are 💯. Lots of variety. A little bit of organised chaos during peak times, expect a 10/15 minute turn around

Excellent bagel shop

Best bagels I've found in Massachusetts, and possibly the best I've ever had. Only get the egg sandwich if you're really hungry, as they make them pretty huge. The bagels are also thick and airy - a meal in itself.

Bagels were great and proven by the line that wrapped around the store. Very quick even though there line seemed endless. Staff are very focused & not very friendly, but not rude either.

The staff here does an amazing job with the morning rush. Delicious bagels and coffee. You can also call ahead and order so its ready when you get there.

Had to stop and get bagels while in the Boston area and got lucky in choosing Cafe Fresh Bagel! Perfect bagel and cream cheese!

Bagels are fairly “bready” with a large crumb, easily smushed. Pretty good especially compared to what you can normally find outside of Boston. My main problem is they can barely handle a morning rush, the people are nice but the place is disorganized, got my order wrong twice. Still a worth while place to get something in the morning, just might be a delay.

Actually happened to be here not for a bagel but saw they were open while I was waiting for a train. Was perfectly fresh and heavenly like no other bagel shop in Massachusetts, was up there with a decent ny bagel in my opinion, didn't taste bready like most and tasted appropriately boiled, I hope I am right, if not I am dissappointed in myself but definitely had the right dougey to bready mix when I ate it. I intentionally missed and waited for the next train and slowed down, made that bagel last. Like all shops they are best when fresh so if this place is freshest in the morning go then, I was there early 6:30 in the morning

The best bagels in New England

This has always been my family's favorite bagels of all time. They are neither Boston bagels nor New York bagels. Very big, very fresh a little more airy and doughy without being too much, not too tough a crust. Lots of really great flavors that you might not find in a regular store, and lots of options for topics. I just drove half an hour out of my way to get these nagels to take down to the cape with us today

Fresh and hot bagels, the employees are super friendly, and the service is always quick even when the line is out the door. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves bagels!! My favorite is their plain bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese - it is out of this world!

I've been going here since I was too young to remember and it may be my favorite bagel in the world. They have a wide variety of schmear as well and, little known fact, you can get individual packets of schmear.Also little known fact the hazelnut coffee is bomb.Don't be discouraged by the long line, it moves fast. These people are PROs.

Best bagel shop around. I strongly prefer Cafe Fresh because the bagels taste good, they never run out of bagels, the service is FAST and friendly. Don’t be scared away by the line out the door! It moves fast.

Bagels we're very good but there was an incredibly annoying noise that sounded like a tea kettle going off the entire time we were there. Also the cashier gave me her unwanted feminist opinions along with some attitude.

These guys are amazing. Fast, efficient and delicious... I don't know how they do it.

Great bagels

I regularly bike 25 miles—starting out at 4:30am—to get the freshest bagels. best bagels I have ever had.they will change your outlook on life. try the rye ones. and the blueberry ones. and the whole wheat ones. actually, the whole wheat ones are really unusually good.just go. stop reading this, and get some bagels.the only problem I have with this place is they aren't open 24/7. they close at 3pm.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. I mostly get breakfast. They are very fast qith your order and everything is fresh.

Slightly disorganized up front, but the food comes out quickly and the quality is up there.

Best bagels around hands down! Really cheap and super fresh bagels served toasted and loaded with topping. Great variety of bagel choice as well. It is very busy on weekends, but don't be scared away by the line, it is very worth it and the line moves very quickly!

The freshest bagel place in town. Usually still warm if you go early in the a.m. Best breakfast sandwiches, chicken salad, lox, whitefish salad. Family-owned, hard-working, nice/friendly employees even when there's a long line, which is expected every weekend morning, but line goes fast and it's worth it!

Bagels are very fresh and tasty and very fast service! Stuff is friendly and hard working. Various bagel sandwiches to pick from. My favorite is the bacon egg and cheese, freshly baked bagel, hot from the griddle egg - yummy!!

If you love bagels you will love Cafe Fresh Bagel. They treat their customers courteously and are most anxious too please. If variety is the spice of life then this is surely bagel heaven.

I read all the positive reviews and thought, “how good could a bagel really be?” And that’s what made me stop in here. By far, the best bagel I’ve had in a long time. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a “New York” bagel, but I’m sure this is pretty close. Delicious.

Small family run business with another location in Dedham Square.Place can be very crowded at times.Bagels are delicious esp. warm or toasted.Very good breakfast bagel sandwiches.But the prices have become more expensive over time.Used to come here for many years but higher prices is the major reason why I rarely visit now.

Best bagels around! The egg bagel is just like I remember from the jewish deli of my childhood, and the breakfast sandwiches are insanely good.

I come here most Tues/ Thurs for breakfast, the bagel sandwich is simply the best! The coffee is nice an hot, the staff is wonderful!!
